I have spent my career in structural pest control. Running branches. Building compliance programs. Managing commercial and multi-family portfolios across a lot of different property types, in a lot of different conditions.
Along the way I learned what separates a program that holds up from one that does not, and it is almost never the product in the tank. It is whether anyone wrote down what they found, and whether anyone did something about it.
Raknid exists because I wanted to run that standard without having to argue for it. No route pressure. No upsell script. No skipping the back half of a property because the schedule ran long.
Every account I take is one I can service properly myself. That is the constraint the whole business is built around, and it is deliberate.
Mission
Doing the basics right should be the standard, not the exception.
Show up when you said you would. Inspect before you treat. Write down what you found. Come back and check it.
None of that is complicated. It is just rare enough that doing it consistently turns out to be a competitive advantage.
