Pest Control Services

Services

What we treat, and how we treat it.

Every account starts with a real inspection. Entry points, harborage, conducive conditions. Not a spray-and-pray walkaround.

Treatment is targeted and label-compliant, focused on where pests actually live and enter, using the least material that gets the result. Then it goes in writing.

01 / Ants

Ants

Argentine ants are the ones most properties are actually fighting. They trail from exterior colonies to interior food and moisture, which is why spraying the trail you can see does nothing about the colony you cannot.

We treat the exterior perimeter and the harborage the colony is working from, then handle interior trails on the same visit. Kitchens, bathrooms and any point where a utility line enters the structure get the closest attention.

What we do

  • Full exterior perimeter treatment
  • Non-repellent product at entry points so foragers carry it back
  • Interior trail treatment on request at any visit
  • Conducive conditions written up and reported

02 / Cockroaches

Cockroaches

American and Oriental cockroaches come in from the outside, usually through drains, sewer laterals and crawl spaces. They are handled on recurring service.

German cockroaches are a different job entirely. They breed indoors, hide in voids, and no amount of perimeter work touches them. Those get an inspection and a written scope, because a full clean-out with an Actisol application requires the unit to be prepped and cleared before treatment.

What we do

  • Exterior and drain-line treatment for American and Oriental
  • Crawl space and utility penetration inspection
  • German cockroach clean-outs quoted after inspection
  • Full prep service, gel bait and void treatment
  • Follow-up scheduled and documented

03 / Rodents

Rodents

Roof rats are the common problem here, and they get in through gaps most people never look at. Roof lines, vent screens, utility penetrations, garage door corners.

Trapping clears what is inside. Exclusion is what keeps the next one out. We will tell you plainly which gaps matter and which do not, and exclusion work is quoted after we see the structure, because no two buildings fail in the same place.

What we do

  • Interior trapping and monitoring
  • Exterior bait station servicing where appropriate
  • Entry point inspection with photos
  • Exclusion recommendations in writing
  • Activity tracked visit to visit so you can see it dropping

04 / Spiders

Spiders

Most spider complaints are really webbing complaints. Knock the webs down consistently and treat the insects they are eating, and the population moves on.

De-webbing happens at every visit as part of the service, not as an upsell. Eaves, corners, entryways, patio covers and light fixtures.

What we do

  • De-webbing at every scheduled visit
  • Eaves, corners, entryways and fixtures
  • Treatment of the prey insects drawing them in
  • Harborage reduction recommendations

05 / Wasps

Wasps and hornets

Accessible nests get removed and the return point gets treated, because wasps come back to the same spot season after season if nothing changes there.

Accessible means reachable safely from the ground or a standard ladder. Anything above two stories is outside what we do, and we will say so rather than take the job and improvise.

What we do

  • Nest removal where safely accessible
  • Return point treated to discourage rebuilding
  • Eave and soffit inspection for developing nests
  • Seasonal checks during peak activity

Straight answers

What we do not do.

Saying this out loud saves us both a phone call. If you need one of these, tell us anyway and we will point you toward someone who does it properly.

  • Fumigation
  • Termite or wood-destroying organism work
  • Wildlife removal
  • Any work above two stories
  • Subcontracting, the operator does the work

Bed bugs are in scope but always quoted after an inspection. Scope depends on how many rooms are involved and how long it has been going on.
